How the collaboration works

1. Initial contact and scheduling
Write me a message or an email, and together we will agree on a time and place for the meeting. Everything takes place through calm and respectful communication without pressure.
2. Personal meeting
The first session always takes place in person. We create a space where you can safely share your situation, topics, and what you are currently experiencing. Gradually, we reach deeper connections and understanding.
3. Further collaboration
Subsequent meetings can take place in person or online – depending on your possibilities. Together, we continue the process that leads to greater awareness, change, and inner balance.

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy represents an effective method of direct communication with our subconscious. In a state of deep relaxation, access opens to the inner mechanisms that fundamentally shape our behavior, emotions, and established habits. Through therapeutic imagery, visualizations, and sensitive guidance, we focus together on the causes of your difficulties and create space for lasting change. The entire process takes place in a safe environment, with full consciousness and absolute respect for your individual pace and needs. The resulting changes then manifest in life naturally, with ease, and come directly from within you.

How the collaboration works

1. Initial meeting and introduction (60 minutes, free of charge)
The first meeting takes place in person. Together, we will discuss your situation, expectations, and any concerns. It includes guided relaxation and a first experience with a light introduction to trance, so you can test whether this way of working suits you.
2. Deeper work in trance (60 minutes)
The following meeting usually takes place after about one week. If the topic has not already begun to transform naturally, we proceed to the trance work itself, focused on a specific area. After the session, you have space to absorb everything in peace and share your impressions.
3. Integration and support of change (30 minutes, online)
After approximately three weeks, a short online consultation takes place. Together, we review how the changes are manifesting in your life and, if necessary, fine-tune the next steps. This includes support for further independent work.

Meditation

Meditation represents an effective and practical way to intentionally turn attention inward. It is not a religious system or a complex philosophy, but a purely personal experience based on perceiving the present moment, one’s own thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. The positive effect in the form of calming the mind and releasing tension often occurs immediately. The goal is not to achieve an “ideal state,” but to develop the ability to be fully present and in authentic contact with oneself. The techniques used draw from proven principles that are sensitively adapted to the needs of a modern lifestyle. They use a combination of conscious movement, breathing exercises, work with silence, and deep relaxation.

How the collaboration works

1. Agreement and preparation

Write me a message or an email, and we will agree on a date. It is good to set aside at least 2 hours for the meeting.

2. Personal meeting and guided meditation (approx. 2 hours)

We will get to know each other, discuss your experiences and expectations, and choose a suitable technique. I will guide you through the entire meditation and explain the individual phases so that you know what is happening during the process.

3. Own practice and support

After the meeting, you continue with your own practice at home. If you encounter questions or need support, we can meet again in person or online and go through everything together.

Who I am and how I work

My name is Richard Jáchym and I will be your guide on the path to deeper self-knowledge and inner balance.

For more than 20 years, I have been dedicated to the field of personal development, working with consciousness, and searching for life harmony.

In my practice, I combine holistic counseling, hypnotherapy, and meditation, creating a safe space for clarifying your own direction. I help clients find answers that come from within them.

I offer a calm and accepting environment where natural change based on deeper self-knowledge and inner peace can begin.

My Path

Already during my university studies, I was deeply moved by yoga, transpersonal psychology, and breathwork.

After finishing school, I spent a year in Pune, India, where I gained my first valuable experiences with meditation and direct work with people. After returning, I dedicated myself to organizing workshops focused on hypnosis and personal development.

A significant stage of my life is represented by more than 15 years spent in the United Kingdom. Here, I cared for clients with permanent spinal and brain injuries, which provided me with deep insight into human resilience and the psyche. During my time in Cambridge, I studied hypnotherapy to further develop my therapeutic practice professionally.

An important milestone for me was the accredited training in holistic counseling, which gave my approach a comprehensive framework and a clear direction. Today, I combine all these experiences to be a qualified guide for you on your own path.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

I value our time together and prepare carefully for each meeting.

If you need to change or cancel a date, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance.

For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price may be charged.

In case of a no-show without an apology, the full amount is charged.
